| Cancer research benefits from your purchase. For every purchase,
$1.00 will be donated to cancer research. |

| We will donate $50 in the name of Recover-eze users that
make significant recommendations that are used to improve usage, scope of
information or options of the Diaries. Users may designate which cancer
related organization should receive the donation. |

| As a start up organization, we are reviewing the potential
recipients. Under consideration are: |

| The decision will be made at the Advisory Board meeting scheduled
for Septmeber 15, 2003. We are accepting candidate recommendations and have
a strong preference for pediatric research, as well as medical innovators. |
